Dieudonné (Neetje) is the founding partner of NOVIS INITIIS BV (OVERSIGHT GROUP). His areas of experience and expertise are mainly Financial Management and Structuring of businesses in distress, Governance Support and Planning & Control cycle- support and execution. He has more than 20 years’ experience with management, audit, and financial accounting. Before Oversight Group, he held an executive financial function (Finance Manager and later CFO) at Aqualectra, a Utility Company, and prior to that he was an auditor at KPMG Accountants and Stichting OverheidsAccountantsbureau. Mr. van der Veen has a Master’s Degree in Business Economics (Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam), is a Registered Accountant (Koninklijke Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants), a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and a CICA (Certified Internal Control Auditor).
